My College Life Has Begun

. I AM OFFICIALLY A STUDENT AGAIN .

Hmm.. after a very . . VERY long post-SPM break , I really didn't feel like lifting my butt off to college and to study again . I stayed in UM for only one night as I was offered for another sort-of-like scholarship . It's a loan actually , a convertable one offered by MARA .

So , HERE I AM , AN INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE STUDENT OF MARA COLLEGE BANTING .

After much browsing and inquiring about this college , I bared in my mind of what I was getting myself into . On my way to the college for the first time , the car kept on going far away from home . And it's not really near to Pekan Banting but kat hulu mana tah . Even my mom's GPS had hard time finding this place . When we got nearer , all we could see was hutan kelapa sawit kiri kanan . Even the signboard that showed KOLEJ MARA BANTING was so small and we could hardly see it . Aish tak boleh kecik lagi ke ? -_-

Once we've got there , my first impression was :

"BOARDING SCHOOL"

*sigh*

It was a good thing that I had expected it to be that way . Otherwise I'd be shocked if i had expected it to be  so like Hogwarts .

Like one my friends here , first she heard about MARA College Banting , she was like gahhhhh it would be so cool . 'Cause it's MARA's and it's for IB students kann . . So as she got here , she was like "ohmyy I can't believe this . ."

As we arrived , I collected myself  to the registration process . After much hustle and bustle of the whole registration thingy , the students were allowed to go to the hostel and unpack our things . 

Asrama Puteri

My room . It's not much but . . umm . yeahh . . not much .

( Luckily Mama bought me a very nice bed sheet and comforter . At least there's some elements of home there )

Some other facilities : Laundry service , pavillion ( a field actually , name je nak gempak sikit ) , basketball court , badminton court , tennis court , Pusat rekreasi , gym , dance studio , music room , concourse , Koperasi , KFC (nu'uh , bukan Kentucky Fried Chicken weh , it's KOPERASI FOOD COURT . gahh)

ect . ect . .

I'm currently adapting myself here with all these simplicites , and this new environment around me . They say IB is freakin' tough , jiwa akan digoncang-goncang , don't play play , menempah maut , the longest 2 years of my life ,  yada yada . PERGHH memang nak bagi orang cuak ke hape nih . SO , hopefully I can survive doing IB , and get it finished without losing the complete sane of my mind . 

Happiness

Some might have said, "I've reached the happiness". Reached? What do you mean by "reaching the absolute happiness"? It's almost like happiness is once a lifetime chance and whenever you've got it, you'll never lose it again and whenever you lose it, you'll never get it back.  Like, you'll never undergo sadness and sorrow anymore after you gain joy and happiness.

Have you ever heard of this before :

"Life has its ups and downs"

At one point in our lives, we may feel like we have achieved something we truly crave for as in falling in love, building a new happy family, passing the test, or getting a job that you wished for. The happiness you get is just for the time being. I've always wanted to believe that happiness is permanent, but nu-oh, it's not. It's temporary. Soon, new problems will come and they'll try to snatch the happiness away. At another point, maybe, a so-far-so-good relationship will have a misunderstanding, a family will have a financial issues,  a student will get all stressed out in his studies or someone might not have chemistry with his boss.

Now, here's the job for us to settle it. Solve it thoroughly and maturely. Think straight without allowing your anger or other emotions affect the decision that you are about to make. And voila, you will re-achieve your happiness. 

After all that have been said, we didn't realise that so called "happiness" is just simply a mood. It will come and go depends on the situation . Unless you are a robot or Barney, you could easily set yourself to a happy mode all you want. Avoid having thoughts that happiness is forever because if you are, you won't be aware of any problems ahead of you . 

Hey, chill . I'm not telling you to not care about the happiness that you have earned. I, too, have gained some happiness or should I better say, I'm feeling happy (like i just said, it's a mood) . And I do want to enjoy it while it lasts . I do want it to be forever. But just bare in mind that when there's up, there's always down. Fortunately, those "downs" are also not permanent. It's all up to you, up to me, up to us to sustain the happiness and gain back the "ups". Get it?

We all wish for "happily ever afters" but all we can do is pray. InsyaAllah. :)

Acara BERINAI yg surprisingly Cikgu Yusoff benarkan .

Menepung Tawar . Makan Beradab . Berpantun . Bersilat . Hantaran . Berarak .

All thanks to Puan Aliza !!! Simply the best cikgu yang pernah ajar SIVIK .

Everything went perfectly well. Err.. tengok lah siape wedding planner dia en. *cough cough*

Raja Sehari pun nampak berseri2 mase hari tu. (Thanks to makeup . Haha . otherwise memang nmpk sangat muka tak rela)

• Teamwork memang jelas kelihatan .

Well , memandangkan it has been about 4 months aku menamatkan zaman sekolah ,
(huh ok I should come clean . .) I MISS MY FRIENDS SO MUCH ! 
Rindu ni semakin menggamit kalbu (acecehh~ penangan novel) time Hasanathull , Hazirah and I were browsing through all the pics about our memories . And then it hit me . Tetiba aku rase macam sayang sgt kat korang and nak cerita pasal kenangan indah kite bersama dahulu kala . Hee . . .

But Yvonne ni kalau cite pasal cite korea , memang the whole episode dia ceritakan balik dgn detail skali. Dah mcm dia yg direct cite tu haa . .
